Comfort & Safety – Helicopter Tours
In the interests of safety and comfort, it will be necessary for clients exceeding 250lbs (113.5kg), to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the applicable retail price. Passengers must re-confirm their body weights at the time of re-confirming their applicable helicopter tour
No shows will be subject to a full cancellation charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the full retail price. If for any reason a portion of the tour is cancelled, unused expenses will be refunded to the passenger. Tour provider reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto a more expensive tour if load factors require. Tours subject to change and all tours require a minimum number to operate.
